Description:

One final obstacle stands between you and glory! Leap over a wall of flame and claim your finisher’s medal! Makes for a great photo opportunity too.

Racer Instructions:


  • Jump over the fire.

Failure Modes:


  • Not willing or able to jump over the fire.

Failure Penalty:


  • 30 Burpees

Percentage that Burpee: 1%

At the race, the fire jump is the last obstacle you will face so give it your all! Run up, leap, and land carefully on the other side as you make your way to the finish line.
